Shipping policy

We offer NO CUSTOMS, QUICK DELIVERY to Northern Ireland and the UK. For our full shipping policy, see below.


Northern Ireland:

  • Shipping to Northern Ireland is from £6.99 per order for '1-2 Day Delivery' with  DPD Couriers. 
  • We will dispatch your order that day if placed before 1pm. If the order is placed after 1pm it will be dispatched the next working day, for delivery the day after. Please note: we endeavour to do all that we can to ensure that you receive your parcel the next day, however sometimes things may happen that are outside of our control when using third-party couriers.  
  • Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays.
  • To ensure speedy delivery of your order, please ensure that you have given us a complete and accurate address and telephone number. Incomplete or incorrect addresses / phone numbers will delay delivery of your item. 
  • Orders placed at the weekend (after 4pm on Friday) will be dispatched on Monday.
  • Orders containing PRE-ORDER items will not be dispatched until the PRE-ORDER items arrive in with us. The approximate arrival date is noted in the product description. Should you require the other item(s), if any, shipped before the PRE-ORDER item arrives in, you will be charged an additional delivery fee. 

 

Click & Collect

  • Customers can choose to 'Click & Collect' their order at the checkout. 
  • You will be notified via email when your order is ready for collection, please note that your order may not be ready for collection until the end of the next working day. 
  • Parcels can be collected from our Donegal Office (F94 XT38) on the Killybegs Road in Donegal Town. 
  • Collection is available from 10am - 5pm Monday to Friday, and 10am to 4pm on Saturdays.
  • We also accept returns to our boutique. Returns can only be made from 10am - 5pm Monday to Friday, and 10am to 4pm on Saturdays.

United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland):

  • Shipping to the UK is £8.90 per order for Royal Mail’s ‘Special Delivery’ service.
  • Orders placed before 4pm are dispatched the next working day, for delivery the day after. Orders placed after 4pm may take an extra day.
  • Delivery is usually made within 1-3 working days. Please allow an extra day or two for deliveries to off-shore islands, and the highlands.
  • Deliveries are not made on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

Tracking your order: 

We ship via Fastway Couriers or Royal Mail. You may receive an email or text message with a tracking number from your courier when your order has been dispatched, if your delivery address is within Northern Ireland.
